How do I join?
Sign up with your name, email and phone number. Membership includes our emails and texts - that’s how member news and invites reach you.
How long does Member+ last?
Twelve months from the day you qualify. Do it again in that time and it rolls on.
What counts as a paid treatment?
Any treatment you pay for, apart from vitamin injections and review appointments.
What happens to unused credit?
It rolls over through your membership year, and stays usable for three months after the plan ends. Monthly plans have a 14-day cooling-off period.
Do I still need a consultation?
Yes. Every new treatment starts with a consultation, and some treatments need a prescriber’s assessment first.
